The Pōpokotea/New Zealand Whitehead is a small songbird with a big voice. Living in noisy groups of 8 or more, they are found only in the North Island of Aotearoa, preferring the canopy of tall native forest and dense bushland. Despite a dramatic decline in the late 19th century, the Pōpokotea population is abundant today.

This stunningly crafted cast glass Pōpokotea/Whitehead is created by the incredible glass studio, Luke Jacomb Studio. It has a screw in the back so it can easily be screwed directly into your wall. Looks beautiful alone or as part of a collection.
